Les voitures sont très propre et neuves. Les personnages de l'agence sont très gentilles.

We hired a car from Avis Rodez Airport for the first week in July. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and charming: the paperwork and the car were ready for us when we arrived. On return I inadvertently dropped my sunglasses and forget them in the car. When we got home I phoned Avis in Rodez and was told straightaway that my sunglasses had indeed been found in the car. The gentleman on the phone (sorry I can't remember his name) very kindly arranged to send my sunglasses back. So top marks for service! And a big thank you! Anne-Marie
