Coastline has been wonderfully attentive and helpful. They are always willing to answer questions and offer assistance; nothing is too much trouble. It's been a rare pleasure dealing with them.

Chelsea sold me my car, and she was fantastic. She took me for a test drive, could answer all my questions and there were a few. I was coming out of a Volvo XC60 so was used to all the extra features. She was very proactive in getting pricing, up to this point I had looked at a few cars and no one gave me a trade in on my car, they all said when you decide which car you want we will value the trade in. Chelsea without even being asked, while we were test driving the mini, she had my car valued. When we came back, she gave me pricing right away, which I was happy with and I bought the car straight away. I then decided I wanted extra things put onto the car afterwards, and Chelsea bent over backwards to have the car ready on time with all my extra's - she was great. The ladies on reception were always amazing too whenever I phoned, pleasant and professional - it was a great buying experience all round. As was my handover of the car, I have even been back for another lesson - just so excited on the day I didn't take it all in.

My husband was talking to Samuel and I had no idea. Samuel kept in touch and before I knew it Samuel and my husband had organised for me to have a test drive and I was hooked. Samuel was personable and very professional. We would highly recommend him as a sales person.
