As much as I enjoyed previously renting cars from various Europcar's locations throughout Europe - I can recommend to skip this location and take your business elsewhere. The locations is a gas station, where a single attendant has to serve customers that buy gas, beverages, etc. and at the same time provide and accept rental cars. From the moment that I walked in the shop to the moment that I drove off with the car - it took full one hour!!! The car was clean inside, though definitely not to the standards that I previously experienced with Europcar. Also, the car was dirty outside (lots of dust and bird droppings). On top of that, the attendant doesn't speak a word of English. Lucky me, my French speaking friend helped me to communicate. And finally to add to this negative Europcar rental experience - two days prior to rental, I called central reservation number to make sure that the car will have Swiss highway vignette (this location is one hour drive from Swiss border and vignette is necessary in order to use Swiss highways). CSR told me that they will make sure of it. Needless to say the car didn't had the vignette, which cost me additional 50 Euro at the border (not reimbursed by Europcar) Overall this negative experience puts high doubts that I will use their service again in the future.
