While on a motorcycle tour through Europe in 2012, a rider broke down. The insurance company arranged a pickup with this garage, which was fine, until they brought us in. Upon arrival, were immediately yelled at by a woman, for having the audacity of breaking down on a Monday when "all motorcycle shops in France are closed" ?!?). She checked the bike for damage demanded that we store it in the garage overnight, despite it only being 15.00 at that time. We refused, so she clamped us!! We seriously were incredibly close to calling the police!
Eventually the owner arrived, and was much more helpful. Google Maps provided us with a shop located in nearby Metz (Dafy Moto -- awesome people there!) and he eventually arranged transport for the bike on another of their trucks.
Avoid the woman in this shop!
