The only reason why I will give them 2 stars is because one of the front cashier girls was very rude when she would speak to customers. She wouldn’t smile or greet any of them and neither look at customers in the eyes when she would talk to them. I noticed all of this in a 25 minute waiting period before my party and I where up to race. Other than that everything else is amazing. I really hope that management retrains their front cashier staff in to being more welcoming and making customers feel comfortable while having an amazing experience.

Pros: 1. Staff is a little relaxed and are not super strict about you bumping into cars. Probably because it was all teens 2. We got to keep our trophies for free when we finished 3. Had decent waiting times in between our runs so that we could recover and race again 4. They have good stats and lap time counters Cons: 1. Lanes are too narrow and you cannot pass unless you hit people 2. Some cars were slower than others ( they are also electric ) 3. It's slightly difficult to fasten helmets as they don't have latches

The track is pretty good, and the cars are peppy as well. They give you a good feeling of pushing a go kart to the edges. The hosts are not very considerate of making this a real F1 environment. They also control the max speed of the cars, and so they often limit the speed of the cars. It took all the fun away, when driving in a controlled environment.

I went here with co-workers and I LOVED it! The person that applied my wristband took SUCH GREAT care to not catch any arm hair in the sticky part of the wrist band. I’ve had many wristbands applied to my wrists over the years but this was BY FAR the best! As you can see in the attached pictures, I have very hairy arms but that wasn’t a problem for the talented and skilled wristband applier at K1. She used this technique of attaching the two ends slightly offset and then folding it over to itself. It’s difficult to describe but, trust me, IT WORKS! I will definitely come back again and again! Went here one afternoon with a friend and it was awesome! Racing was super fun and adrenalin-pumping, and the cars really do go fast. Once you find your strategy and get comfortable, you won't be letting go of the gas pedal. Only complaint is that their online ordering system isn't great. First, anyone that is ordering online needs to be aware that you need a membership, even if you only race one time. In my experience, the website does not make this very clear, and we had to pay for the membership in cash when we got there. Additionally, my conformation did not arrive by email, and I had to go and figure it out with the front desk. Other than that, this place was very enjoyable.
