Entretien régulier d'une Sirocco. Accueil rapide, efficace et très professionnel. Commercialement, je vous conseille fortement en tout cas pour un suivi véhicule .

We were in France on holiday visiting friends in the area. Just after leaving Angouleme the car's break warning lights all came on requiring immediate attention especially with a 400km journey ahead. We were given the address on the garage and drove in rather apprehensive. However, a kind gentleman in the service section said they would look at the car and diagnose the problem. This was done..new discs and pads required. Thinking that this was another night in Angouleme...anything could be further from the truth. Fixed on the spot....took about an hour, a cup of coffee later and continued the drive south. A really BIG thank you to the service team and marketing manager who looked after us.

The service I received was very professional and courteous. I booked my car for repairs which were carried out at a convenient time and therefore not requiring the use of a standby car otherwise available to me from VW. Richard talked me through the car's issues and what had been done to repair them in a brief but effective manner. My VW Touareg is important to me and I was looking for a reliable and professional garage. I recommend this garage for the quality of its allround service.
