A few days ago, my friend and I went to this garage to verify the POLO's stubborn window regulator problems(according to the auto forum, we need to change the whole window regulator) and to demand a quotation sheet. First, the staff went through the cars very carefully, pointing out the main problems would be that the window did not work very well. Then we asked them to check the air condition system because for a long time, it did not work at all. After a short test, they recharged the air condition gas(79 euros), but it still refused to work. Finally, the guy told us that they had found another problem which led us to the 4S WV garage. During the whole process, they are very friendly and professional. The inspection of the window regulator is totally free, the check of air condition is only 19 euros, because the main problems is out of their service sector, dramatically the check fee is 0 euro !!! What a conscientious garage in Bordeaux!!! I don't care the performance of Midas' other chain garages, but this one is really reliable and honest with their excellent service.
