What a remarkable experience! I went to mini after a small amount of research. I walked in and was greeted at the desk immediately then paired up with Robert Cittadini as my sales representative. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. He made a long day at the dealership enjoyable and helped find the perfect mini for me. I would recommend Mini of Portland for the quality vehicles and high class salesmanship to everyone !

Service manager, Trent Zimmerman, failed to follow up for over a month in regards to a corporate level issue. Sales center is adequate - can't get the same answer twice. Overall, the customer service level at pretty much every Mini dealership is lacking. You would think the customer service would be better, given that it is owned by BMW.

I continue to be incredibly impressed by all the folks at Mini of Portland. The service department is wonderful. They communicate frequently and did just what they said they'd do, at the exact price they quoted.

This is by far the best dealership experience I've ever had! What's even better, is it was their service department that won our loyalty. They make communication easy, and are highly knowledgeable. Our buying experience with Ryan was phenomenal as well. He wasn't just knowledgeable and professional, but he was passionate about Mini's.

A very nice gentleman by the name of Don Myers, was our sales person. Folks, I'm telling you, they do not come any better. The car was actually purchased by my daughter. I sat with her during the transaction. Don treated her as if she was his own daughter. It was amazing to see how they interacted together. Don, if you see this review, I'm telling you that you are a true very fine man. I feel that we have a great relationship. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I love Mini and I always have a great experience with Mini of Portland. I drive from Eugene to have my car serviced. I like that the people that check you in text you during the process and keep you up to date on what’s happening with your vehicle. Love the Mini business model and experience all the way around

I rarely write reviews, but Calen was exceptionally accommodating and patient with me. He even agreed to price match a lower estimate from another shop and prepare a loaner vehicle super last minute to help me out. I’ve been coming to this MINI location for 3+ years and the service is great every single time. They treat you like you are a celebrity.

Awesome service! The service manager gave me solid recommendations for maintenance on my Mini but there was no pressure to get it done right now. Even the simple things (like an oil change) could be done on the next visit. Refreshing to have a service department who didn't try to sell me on stuff that "all needs to be done today before the wheels fall off". Keep up the good work.

Ivan is such a kind and understanding service representative and does everything possible to either make your wait comfortable, or to get you in a loaner MINI and out the door as quickly as possible. MINI of Portland has the best customer service I've ever had with a car. The waiting area is warm & comfortable, with drinks and treats available. My car is always washed and vacuumed when I get it back. I appreciate all the "little things" that MINI of Portland does for me.
